Four weeks. Your body, back on your side.

Oxygen is a course, not a one-off. The Reset is the way most people start properly: two sessions in the chamber, six recovery sessions in between, over four weeks, with Angelo deciding the order with you on day one. Felt more than seen. Not a magic wand, but by week four you’ll know.

  • Week 1Your first hour in the chamber, then red light and the PEMF mat later in the week.
  • Week 2Infrared sauna, then the massage chair. Evening slots go first.
  • Week 3Your second oxygen session. Most people say the sleep is what they notice.
  • Week 4Compression boots and a last recovery session, then a plan if you want one. No pressure if you don’t.

Why am I so tired all the time?

If that’s the question in your head, start with one hour. Sixty minutes lying back in the chamber with more oxygen in the air, Angelo outside the whole time, and a straight answer afterwards about whether it’s for you. No course to buy, no sales talk.

Is it claustrophobic?Black outside, white inside, windows at your head and feet. You can sit up. Most people fall asleep.
Can I bring my phone?Yes. Phone, book, podcast. Normal clothes, shoes off.
Who’s in control?You are. You control the zip from inside and Angelo is a metre away for the whole hour.
Will one hour do anything?Some feel it the same night, mostly in sleep. Oxygen works as a course; one hour tells you whether to do one.

Five recovery therapies around the chamber, each a session on its own, each £25. Book online, walk up the stairs off Bath Passage, and leave lighter. Any five, any mix, £110.
